The front desk staff were quite incompetant and it is for this reason I will not be coming back, and I reccomend others stay away. The night staff were the worst and really couldnt be bothered about the customers they are supposed to be serving. One fellow, who worked late in the evening was particularly abyssmal. More

Great location near top of Queen St and K rd. Small but perfectly formed and warm and clean. Comfy bed. Great view of sky tower. Could see the jumpers and lights at night. Took airbus from airport to first stop in Queen St and was easy. Would come back again. Great value for money. More
