This service apartment provides a range of rooms that are basically furnished, but have excellent house keeping, a restaurant, and very friendly staff. It is located on Queen Street, which is very busy. I am a light sleeper and had a hard time suppressing light and noise to get a good night sleep. That said, rooms on Queen street have... More

I should have noticed a previous review that said there were earplugs on the bedside tables! Earplugs! Yup, my room had them too. While being on the 12th floor, the "music" from the surrounding clubs permeated every corner of my room until the early hours of the morning...and this was a Thursday. Pray tell, if the clubs are such a... More

Our family stayed for three nights in downtown Auckland before proceeding to Rotorua. The room is tidy and clean. Very near to the shopping area in Queen Street. Proximity to the Britomart area for public transport traveling to the Eastern Suburb such as Pakuranga area, Manukau area. Highly recommended for first time travellers to AKL.

It is a good place if you are planning to stay for a few days and do not want to eat out or carry your dirty laundry with you! The apartments have fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a dryer. what i like most about this place is that a supermarket is just across the road, bus stop fro the... More

We spent 2 nights here after visiting family and before flying home. I had agonized over where to stay due to tripadvisor comments on various hotels and eventually decided on this. The apartment was on the 10th floor with a separate bedroom and balcony. It was clean, the bed comfortable, and the facilities you'd expect for 4 star were all... More

This property appealed because of its proximity to Britomart Travel Centre, which turned out to be one of the few benefits of saying there. Although the accommodation was modern and clean and cooking facilities were adequate for a short stay, the noise from people shouting in the street outside was unacceptable and went on for most of the night even... Don't expect to sleep on a Friday or Saturday night, especially if facing over fort st night clubs and bars. Didn't have clock or radio as advertised. Nor the DVD player as stated. I went down to ask for one only to be told no don't have any. Air-conditioning was stuck on 24 and wouldn't even turn off. Couldn't send... More

Good location at bottom of Queen a Street, but essentially apartments with no other facilities. Rooms are relatively small but ok for two people on a short stay. Limited reception hours. No view from our room but higher floors may be better. Quite noisy on weekend nights from neighbouring establishments.

Two couples stayed in an apartment for one night. It is a great location near the ex-docks restaurant and bar scene. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of facilities. The parking was remote and a bit of a faff. I'd stay again.

Good centrally located accommodation only 5 mins from busy harbour area. Although we found the apartments easily enough, getting parked was another matter. Fortunately, we found a parking bay right at the entrance, off loaded the cases, then parked the car a few blocks away. Although this is reasonably priced, the charge of 25$ per day for parking puts up... More
