We stayed there for 2 nights and it was very disappointing. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. The bathroom had blood stains and we didn't dare use the spa as the water looked murky (we couldn't drain the water). The door handle and back window was broken. When we told the staff they didn't seem very concerned. more

The official photo's miss out that the location is right on a busy street. The rooms are decorated like the photo's show, but the room we had was very damp. It was a 'spa' room, which meant the suite included a small room with a spa. This was seperated from the bedroom by a sliding door, but it wasn't quite... more
