Lucky we had friends arrived first so that we had time to change hotels. Elevators broken so we would have had to drag our own luggage up stairs, no air con, steep driveway ascent to reception and more back-packer quality. Not what I thought a Quest would have been, and we did your research before booking.

The place is now called crowne on cintra, it is an ok place to stay. Our room had a little kitchenette and washer/dryer in the bathroom, we also had mould in the shower. The bed was clean and comfy. Reception was friendly and approachable. I think it may have permanent residents in the building. One morning I opens the curtains... More

The apartments are not worth staying. Very basic/ below standard facilities. We booked the self contained studio and there are no chooping boards,no bowls, 1 pan and several necessary items missing. Thus we could not cook and had to eat outside. The sofa in the room is more than 15 years old with stiching open on 3 sides. The balcony... More

Very hard to find, it's behind a massive construction site, the man was rude and didn't really understand English, the appartment a 1 bed exec, was old and tired looking , it was like staying in a housing commission block of flats and not worth the money!

I made a last minute business booking on a wotif deal and wasn't disappointed - I was given a free upgrade to an apartment with a beautiful view of the harbour and port! The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything needed. There was free WiFi. The location is very convenient for working at the university as it's just... More

I got a studio apartment or one bedroom apartment for 8 days. The room was clean and perfect. It has a great view and I got to see the sun rise in my room. The room was cleaned every day and the kitchen was very clean so it was good to use. I had a microwave to use and the... More

In this case, getting the job done was a good night sleep at an affordable price in a clean room. Down side, the room (and hotel) was old. There was an odd smell to the elevator and hallways. Housekeeping used air fresheners for the rooms, though it was a bit on strong side, it was ok. Didn't really notice it... More

We booked a triple room and got upgraded to a 1 bedroom. Nice place, great views, very spacious, nice fittings. Washing machine and dryer was handy :) Would stay again. Easy walk to queen at and vector arena. Beds very comfortable. Car parking on site for $20. All good.

Really poor all around. From a convoluted entry from Symonds Street - car or walking - to a front door that didn't shut to greet me on arrival right through to an express checkout requiring paperwork that wasn't provided (see photo) there were not too many redeeming features, in fact none! I arrived just after 8pm - reception closes at... More

Booked for two nights. Transport could not get to Quest due to construction site. Major building works outside your window. Room hot - no airconditiing - was given a peristal fan. You can feel the springs through the mattress. No F&B facilities. In room wifi did not work. Place has not seen a paint brush in decades. Camp sites have... More
