Good location in Newmarket. The place could perhaps do with a revamp at some stage but it was clean and tidy with a good shower and bed. I didn't dine at the in-house restaurant so only had a cooked breakfast which was a bit average. 2 channels available on Sky and I couldn't access the free WiFi following the steps... More

Look, I got a cheap deal and got one of their older motel units. My friends paid more and got a very nice room. But I will talk about mine. I was there in the hottest week of the year and there was no air conditioning. A small fan was provided but there were no accessible power points anywhere that... More

Stayed in the older unit as this was all that was available. The unit was not cleaned well at all. The bathroom floor had not been mopped out. The hair dryer did not work and was hanging on wall by one screw the mount was broken and not repaired. No sky remote in the room so was unable to watch... More

Place was dated but clean with comfortable beds and adequate facilities. Nice reception when we checked in but frosty on the way out. Breakfast, which was part of the price, was a joke. Weet bix or muesli from a small Tupperware or peaches from a bowl and a few slices of toast. That was it.

It was just a one nighter here for us after a quick look online and finding nothing else as handy to our destination. This place is certainly in need of a good spruce up although it was comfortable enough for a nights sleep. If you're unstable on your feet avoid the carpark though as the paving is very cracked and... More

Room: Beds are comfortable enough. Nothing fancy but has the amenities that I needed which was a kitchenette, a fridge, free parking and free wifi (which was so-so and I think only 3 people can connect in one go). Get rooms that are away from the road as it can be a little noisy. We had many bags and we... More

Our family recently stayed here because we were having renovations done at home. We chose this place as it offered bigger rooms for families and because of it's close proximity to our house and my children's school. The lady on reception was very rude when we checked in and demanded the entire room cost up front, which we wouldn't have... More

Sadly this place is very dated and a noisy place to stay. It is way overpriced for what it is. The staff need to go on a customer service course as the only few requests we made were greeted with obstacles and they were a hindrance rather than a help. The location is a challenge when ordering transport as the... More

Booked because of location where I needed to be. The outside and hallways were ancient and quite run down. The room itself however was a totally different world. That is the executive room on the first floor. Spacious, very clean, decent king size bed, large fridge, TV with most freeview channels. Bonus was the free WiFi and parking. Staff was... More

Would have been fine for our two day stay except for a very noisy family above us, so loud the walls even vibrated on a couple of occasions. If we booked again we would request not to have a ground floor unit. The room was clean, shower hot and a comfortable bed. The room was quite dated.
