Want somewhere that does all the basics right that's easy to get to near Auckland Airport. This place is that. Nothing special but certainly nothing wrong. The daytime menu in the central eating area won't thrill your palate but its all good, simple stuff. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel with extremely frienday staff. Perfectly positioned in the city near the Viaduct basin and walking distance to casino and other attractions. I had a 1 bedroom apt which was extremely well appointed. Totally recommend this hotel

The rooms smell and are small and dirty.Location good .Front desk don't speak very good English so very hard to find out stuff and are quite blunt and rude.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone .They need a good overhaul of rooms and staff need some training.I didn't try the food as the price for breakfast was ridicules.

We could not fault any of the reception staff. All were very helpful and friendly. The studio room was very sad. Carpet had several stains. The bathroom was very small. You had to navigate past the toilet to get to the shower/ bath. As per previous reviews I have never seen a shower head where I couldn't get under the... More

Beautiful views of the harbour, centrally located, fantastic restaurant with a seasonal menu featuring local produce and friendly helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed and generous in size. Easy walk across the road to the many bars and restaurants that line the harbour.

Now...just cause I marked this Hotel as AVERAGE does not mean it isn't any better!! Calling it a Hotel..well it's MANAGED a block of apartments that are 1-2-3 bedroom self contained as such. Has a swimming pool (small) gym (small) and on site parking that you have to pay to use at $30 PER NIGHT!!! Also it's about a block... More

WiFI didnt work , called reception got another code , still didn't work rang agin and told them to remove it from the bill , gave the original code back to reception later... More

My partner had booked one night in a harbour view room for my arrival to Auckland. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff member during check-in was wonderful, she was helpful and had a good sense of humour! The view from our room was wonderful and I could have stayed up for hours taking the view in.

We stayed one night in November. Upon check in other guest were complaining, same again at check out, staff definitely require training on dealing with customer complaints. Most expensive car parking at $36/night (not even the Langham charges that much) Rooms OK but nothing spectacular for the money you pay per night. Would not stay there again.

A friend & I shared a studio unit for one night. We chose this hotel as it was the cheaper option of the ones we had available to us, which were all of relatively equal distance from the event we were attending (that'll learn us for leaving it to the last minute!). This hotel was suitable for what we required... More
