Often stay at this convenient hotel apartment destination close to all facilities and city centre right in the heart of Auckland, Some rooms have been refurbished and great all round views from higher levels, Make sure to ask for a room with a glass balcony as some corner rooms have a concrete wall and guests cannot sit to look over... Great views from a harbour side room, but very tired and run down for the price. Quite a lot of traffic noise at night - Cracked bathroom and kitchen tiles, chewing gum stuck to the floor and extremely uncomfortable couch/fold away bed, but even as a couch it was very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was unimaginative - this is not... More

Stayed here 2 nights on our visit to NZ. Expected a much better experience! The hotel itself is a part of an apartment. We paid $150 odd for one night and the quality was around $50. The rooms do not reflect the photos on the website. Filthy blankets, basic curtains and a TV smaller than any monitor I've ever seen... More

My daughter and I spent 8 nights in a studio room. The room was small and run-down. Found toe nail cuttings on the floor. House keeping staff knocking on the door at 9.30 and wanting to make up your room. Very noisy at night. No free WiFi and car parking $30 a night. Only 1 lift working and a nightmare... More

Were there for just one night, good location for the city, nice big rooms. Warm water, small bathrooms, decent service. Not too expensive for NZD, walking distance from the city centre. Quiet rooms on the higher floors

I stayed here with my older teenage daughter on our last night of our North Island holiday. I have never given accommodation a review this low before. The room charge seemed okay, for a hotel in the CBD. But everything about this hotel was sub-standard and hotel policy appeared to be to overcharge for extra's as much as possible. The... More

Hotel is very old and needs some love and care. The staff were helpful and courteous.Close to waterfront where lovely restaurants and the waterside is. Ferry's go from this waterfront.3 minute walk to wharf. One night sufficient. There are better quality hotels in this area and cheaper.Would not stay again. Certainly needs some upgrading.
