This hotel is probably more geared towards the business traveller. It is close to Auckland's government/financial district - although not too far to walk to the shopping district further down Queen Street. Stayed here in June 2006. Location was excellent within easy walking distant of CBD and waterfront. Reception was friendly. The studio room was well-equipped with washing-machine, fridge, mcicrowave, etc. However, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and smelled of pee (which in turn, affect the "air-quality" of the bedroom).
