Hyatt is a good hotel located centrally next to Albert park, great place to stay for business travelers! Rooms were a little small though compared to other hotels I have stayed in, but it was worth for the deal i got for 3 nights! more

we just stayed here for 1 night but the staff was wonderful. Hotel is simple and your typical hyatt. We arrived early morning into auckland, and the hotel let us check in before 11am! They even let us check out late the following day! They were helpful with area information! City center is only 10 min walk! Shopping, restaurants, sky... more

I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Rooms: excellent, great refurbishment (I had stayed here many years ago and the property look tired). Toilettes were well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Location: it is in the heart of Auckland, and you can't go wrong staying here. Right next to the University, a stroll to the High Court and a few minutes... more

stayed here for over a week, payed by Hyatt points and nights cash (150NZD). Room was nice and clean. Gym, pool and spa area are great! They have a 25 m pool, everything is new and in perfect condition. Hotel underwent renovation recently, maybe still is, but we have not been disturbed in any way. more

We stayed at this hotel for only one night before we went on holiday. The hotel is easy to find and is a very accessible hotel to arrive at by car. We were originally checked into a tiny room that was by the elevator (although it did have a sea view) but was still very noisy with the lift lobby... more

Great hotel, facilities were fantasic, rooms were spacious and clean, with great views of the city. The only downfall was its location ontop of a very steep hill. more

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, on our first trip to New Zealand. The location is very nice, walking distance to the sky tower, and pretty close to the main motorway. Being our first trip to New Zealand and a bit concerned about driving first thing in the morning, I found the hotel location fantastic. Just two signals... more

We were a little concerned after having booked then reading some bad reviews. However, the hotel was good. We were in the old section but it was clean and quiet with great views over port. Nice furnishings, good linen. The room was not large but it is a CBD hotel so was fine. The staff were very friendly and good... more

Have returned from NZ with 3 nights staying at the Auckland Hyatt Regency in a 1BR King Residence Suite. From the initial contact with the Concierge by email before leaving home to the final assistance into the airport shuttle, everything about the Hyatt was first class. Service was always with a genuine smile and the advice spot on every time.... more
