The staff were friendly, rooms were clean and tidy. However for the price of the rooms I would have expected things such as "real milk in the fridge, not uht and better bathroom facilities. Showering was certainly not a pleasant experience, the amount of water coming out of the heads was not adequate and it was not easy to regulate. more

We came to Auckland for the French and Saunders show. I booked a two bedroom suite in the Tower wing via the Heritage website direct. They were having a 'madness sale' which meant I got the room at an incredible rate - far less than it's cost me to stay in poky little rooms at other top end CBD hotels.... more

Grey paint, dull decor, anonymous service, generic hotel... kitchenettes in the room give you that home-from-home feeling if you're used to travelling across the mid-west United States. Functional in extremis... I'm falling asleep even thinking about the place... Oh, one thing to note... the showers are lousy! more

I stayed here for 4 nights sharing a two bedroom apartment with a colleague. The apartment was very spacious with kitchen, dining, lounge area plus 2 bathrooms. It's a hotel but also with lots of apartment-type facilities: cooker, washing machine, fridge. Nice roomy room and everything just fine. more
