Spent two nights in the hotel as part of a family group. A bit dated but very clean and comfortable.Special offer on the full breakfast which was really good value.a most enjoyable meal on the first night. Was unfortunate enough to have my car damaged in the hotel car park but a member of staff reported it to reception who... More

A little dated but very clean. Had a two Superior Rooms on the fourth floor with a tiny balcony where you can actually open the doors for fresh air! A/C worked well and not too noisy. Faced onto the street and a little noisy late at night (Saturday night) but we did have the balcony door open. Parking was only... More

Had 2 stays in this hotel as part of a tour. First room was nice with dual aspects windows and a very small bathroom with sliding door. Second room only had one window. But a bigger bathroom, and a sliding door! Not too keen on the sliding doors, but everything else was fine!

Overnight stay , both pleasure & business . Had harbour view room ( Eastern side) on 5th floor. Room well appointed , clean & tidy , if not a wee bit dated , as was the bathroom. Super king size beds , not the most comfy but OK. Has adequate air- heating. Rooms facing east get more traffic noise. Also... More

This hotel was pretty average. It was dated but larger rooms/beds than other hotels I've stayed at in New Zealand. The wifi is free for thirty minutes a day, but only in the lobby. Also, parking is pretty scarce and tight. It is pretty close to everything you'd need though.

This hotel is in a not very nice area, it's not far from the harbour but I'd be wary about walking back late at night. The staff try their best but everything takes a while as it's all so cramped and old. There is complimentary wi-fi for 30 min or 50MB everyday. The decor is dated, and everything needs a... More

I was forced to stay here because the city's accommodation was pretty much booked out because of a few big events but apart from a very helpful and efficient reception at check in, it was rubbish. Where to start - I checked in early before the room was ready so left my bag and asked for it to be taken... More

The reception service was excellent. The room clean and tidy. Large screen TV in lounge and bedroom. The shower was good. The king bed was comfortable but was two singles pushed together. Only stayed 1 night and did not utilise the in-house restaurant but the there are bar meals.

The property is quite dated but the management is superb. Onsite parking is available, breakfast is overpriced. There was a lot of noise from the street at night. Location is decent in central auckland. Most places we wanted to go to very nearby.
