We walked in off the street without a reservation and was pleasantly greeted at reception with a reasonable rate. Baggage was taken up to room efficiently eventhough we had not arrived at our room yet. Room is modern, nicely decorated and clean. Bathoom is nice athough we prefer a bigger bathroom. Stayed one night on way home. Very handy for city, harbour and airport bus. Clean room and helpful staff when we had a problem opening the safe to get our passports etc when leaving. Stayed at hotel after a cruise from Sydney. Hotel was well decorated and very clean. Staff were very attentive. Location is great; one block from main shopping street and an easy walk down to the harbour. Didn't use the hotel restaurant as there are so many cheaper alternatives close by.
