Everything, I mean everything is terrible with this motel. The staff were not friendly.... overpriced.... the staff call up in the middle of the night to say the TV was on and loud, when my wife was fast asleep and I was reading..... woke my wife badly (she was taking medications for sleep disorder), when we protest, they ask for... Grossly overpriced for what is a shabby motel with small rooms with peeling paint. We were kept awake all night by partying on the floor above. Every toilet motion in the room upstairs could be heard and whilst the motel manager said they asked the partying crowd to stop as per their house rules, nothing happened. No Sky TV as... More

If it was possible to give minus ratings I would. The supposed two bedroom unit was achieved by putting a bed in what should have been the lounge. The furniture could have been sourced from skips. This is a disgusting place to stay - you should consider alternatives such as a park bench or a bus stop.

We booked into Abella Court due to its convenient location to the Alexandra Park Function Centre which is directly across the road. Our booking was for just the one night due to a function we were attending. My first impression wasn't great when the man serving us in reception questioned our ability to pay by credit card - I had... More

Decor and the whole unit was dated. Clean but could do with a good paint as mould was appearing in the bathroom. It is a place to lay your head, not to relax in. I expect more when you pay for accommodation. It was very handy to Alexandra Park.

Fantastic place to stay for me because I had some work to do across the street. The owners are very friendly and even remembered me by first name when I returned a second time! They also returned my sheet that I left the first time! The room looked and smelled clean with all the essentials of short term stay! Also,... More

We find the adjoining rooms really useful for family trips - ability to have grandparents 'together or apart' helps them stay sane. Rooms small but pleasant and clean. All the essentials. Will stay again. Staff speak good Mandarin and went out of their way to help us in several ways.

Arrived at hotel on the 17th Dec, awkward to manoeuvre around the reception and parking area with a car. Our room (unit 7) initially seemed fine, clean, aired out and towels etec provided. Had dinner and went to have a shower and there was no hot water coming through at all. Did wait thinking it may take a while for... More
