We loved Rangitikei Farmstay. We took our three children there to experience farm life, and we were not disappointed. They were able to ride on some very sweet horses, bottle-feed orphan lambs, and play with the friendly farm dogs. While we stayed in the homestead, the bunkhouse was a wonderful retreat for us and was packed with board games, books,... More

Amazing scenery. Jagged hills, grazing sheep and horses, vaulting ancient trees dating back generations. Some of my favourite photos are from this stay. Beautiful property. Incredible lush green gardens in full bloom at this time of the year and paddocks with the sweetest animals, lovely farm dogs and a host couple that looked after us like family. I loved the... More

Very comfortable room, with views looking over lovely gardens to the surrounding hills. Plenty of walks around the farm, with a swimming pool to cool off afterwards. Tasty home cooked meals with vegetables from the garden. Although it’s so quiet, the farm makes an excellent base for exploring the wider Rangitikei area. Our friendly, helpful hosts, Kylie and Andrew, made... More

we really enjoyed our stay at this farm. It lays in a beautiful scenery and we were worried about just to stay only one night. We hope we will come back sometimes. We can really advise to visit this farm. More

Rangitikei Farmstay is a wonderful stay! The farm is nestled in beautiful rolling hills and the farm animals are within a short walk, but not too close to the accommodations to be intrusive. We stayed in the quaint Eastern Chalet room, which was separate from the main house. Although our bathroom was part of the same building as our bedroom,... More

Was a great place to relax and get away from the everyday town and city lifestyle - the little "rustic cottage" was fantastic for a small social gathering, and the service/catering was done extremely well with little hassle. More

Exceptional service and facilities. The place was clean and tidy. They have created a very authentic farm stay, that creates interest and allows you to get to know the history of the property. The hosts were welcoming and as they catered for our visit, I can not rave more about the food they put on! Keep up the good work... More
