Adina was sensational! The two bedroom king room was something else. We have now chosen our new regular hotel we stay at in Perth. We have never received service from any other receptionist like we did from a staff member in Holly. She is a great asset to Adina. Wanted to ensure a well deserved THANK YOU was passed onto... More

Nice rooms suited us well. Good location. Unfortunately beggars and drunks on the street outside made us reluctant to venture outside after dark with our small children. The accommodation was good though and the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Was nice but really noisy with all the traffic. Bed was far to hard, Room was nice and clean, Staff were above average with their great service, The meal next door was not the best, Was nice and close to where my meeting was

Not many restuarant facilities. Rooms are too small for large families. Not all lights were working. Dirty dishes. Cost of the nibbles in the room too expensive. Cost of food was expensive from the bar

Do not stay here if you want a good sleep. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel/apartment. The king bed was actually two single beds pushed together, forming a hard ridge in the middle of the bed. The springs were digging into me the whole night and the hard mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.... More

In my experience, having stayed in Perth on business trips over the years, hotel accommodation in this city is in high demand, invariably expensive and often inflexible; for example no check in before 2pm even if you are arriving on an early flight or have just stepped off the Indian Pacific transcontinental train. Earlier this year I stayed at the... More

Stayed for 2 nights last weekend in a 2-bedroomed apartment. Nice friendly lady on reception. Actual apartment not too bad, but the mattresses and pillows felt as if they had been stuffed with concrete. The wifi was incredibly expensive as was the parking. The breakfast arrived cold with sawdust toast, and again very expensive. The area is central but very... More

The location is brillant - walking distance to all places. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Will bring the family when we book a holiday as this was a work trip.

A girls weekend at the Adina on Barrack was made so much more enjoyable thanks to friendly helpful staff. We received an upgrade to an adjoining rooms, champagne and chocolates were organised for us on arrival. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for inner city accommodation.
