We stayed here for the last night of our holiday in Western Australia and were so glad we chose this hotel. The rooms were lovely with great views of the Perth skyline - beautiful at sunset! We have stayed several times in this hotel, but this was the last. We occupied a River View Suite & adjoining room for 5 days. Security staff are overzealous, obnoxious & arrogant, including the causing of onother guest we knew to check-out early & move to another hotel. On arriving at our room we noticed pretty quickly that it opened right out onto a huge indoor area containing restaurants, bars and amplified music. As a previous reviewer has noted - this place needs to make up its mind what it wants to be. Either it is a 5* Hotel and treats its guests as such OR its a Vegas Style Casino Hotel in the 3* range. It s a pity really, the rooms are pretty good (Mine was a King with a view)... more
