“Very clean hostel, good short term base”

I was very impressed wit the Emperor's Crown - first hostel I've ever stayed at that I can say was very clean! Staff are helpful and the computer/entrance area is nice. Whilst a good base for exploring Perth, I wouldn't stay for too long as it somewhat lacks colour and excitement. more

This is a good hostel if you want somewhere more like a hotel. Its really clean and modern, but its not got a family atmosphere. This is a real gem of a place. Spotlessly clean with helpful staff. We used this as our base in Perth so ended up staying on 3 different occasions - so sampled 3 different rooms. They were all good. Very near the train station so it's easy to get around. Would recommend it highly - great place to stay. more

Overall we were more than satisfied with our accomodation at the Emperors Crown in Perth. Staff - Brilliant. Really friendly at all times, both in making the booking and dealing with us whilst there.
