Close to the hollywood hospital and a bunch of other medical facilities, I recently stayed at the kings park motel with my husband for ten days during his recovery following hip replacement surgery. This hotel is recognised by PATS and regional visitors may receive a subsidy if they are required to stay in the city for medical procedures. The owners... More

Just a night. Ideally situated for a gig at the Perth Convention Centre and for a walk around Kings Park. Booking and check in was easy. Desk people very polite and helpful. Room was fine in every way - clean and tidy and functional. Free parking. Was especially pleased to have proper milk for my cup of tea. Would recommend... More

A well-priced and convenient place to stay. Rooms are fresh and have all amenities including plentiful free parking. A very good place for a tourist to stay, close to King's Park and an interesting walk along nearby Rokeby Rd will take you to Hay St and Perth City centre. Rokeby Rd, Subiaco is well worth a visit in itself with... More

Stayed in a spa room on the 7th April, very clean room, great staff who were very helpful and happy to meet our needs and work with us to make the transition to hospital as easy as possible, the motel is showing some signs of age but nothing that would affect the quality of your stay, If you want nice,... I stayed at Kings Park Motel when attending a course run at the University of WA. The campus is within walking distance, but takes ~20mins. Accommodation was basic, but clean and well serviced. Staff were very helpful and check-in and check-out were easy. I got a continental breakfast delivered to my room which was reasonably priced and arrived on time.... More

Stayed in Perth overnight to attend a function and my partner booked this motel. The property is located on busy Thomas St, Subiaco opposite the western side of Kings Park. There is plenty of parking on site. Check in was easy and efficient and we were allocated Rm31. The room wasn't big, but not tiny either. The room comes with... More

I stayed here for three nights and was attending a training workshop in Subiaco, just round the corner. From check-in to check-out it was great. The staff, from housekeepers, to front desk, to manager were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I had one small problem with the room (caused by a previous guest) and they took it seriously without making a... More
