The positive side is there are so many asian restaurant around the hotel, so plenty options for meal. But location is too far from Perth CBD, about 20 minutes walking including waiting time for red traffic light. I was disappointed that the Continental Breakfast was misleading. In NSW a Continental Breakfast includes sausages, eggs, bacon, etc. But in your Motel it only includes stale breakfast cereal and fruits. You need to be a little more precise and not mislead the public. Other than that, the room, the service and the manners of the staff were excellent.

The rooms are nothing special, just bright colours... ( To make it feel hip ), no mini bar, no gym, Location is "OK", with restaurants around the corner and a few bars. ( If you like cheap Asian food ) Not sure I would saty here again, im sure there is better value around perth.

Booked this as a cheap 1 nighter before flying out early the next morning, Room was nicely decorated, bed comfortable. Food in the bar was tasty. Only bad side was that we got up at 4am to find the shower didn't work at all! Cheap overnight parking, $10.

The hotel is in a great spot of Perth, really enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants, cinemas, bars etc. Breakfast was okay. The rooms are hit and miss.
