Mounts Bay Road/Mount Street is excellent as a base for Perth. Within walking distance to all the attractions and shopping. We stayed 4 nights in the Riverview hotel during our stay in Perth. The location is great as it is close to both the park and the city and you can walk both way easily. Furthermore, there is a bridge to go to the CBD which is a lot nicer than crossing the highways. We do not hear street sound... more

Old apartments which have been renovated (a little). They are very spacious and have all the amenities you need. Stayed overnight because of it's close proximity to Kings Park. Wouldn't stay again, unless for the same reason. more
