The staff were really nice..friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was acceptable. The room was a disappointment: the bed was uncomfortable, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, water temperatrue in the shower went hot n cold depending on use in other roms, decor was seriously tired. For the tariff I will look elsewhere next time more

This hotel is a renovated old granny flats building, It's pretty close to the city, with free council shuttle bus. The staff was really nice and helpful. However for the value of money that you have to pay for this hotel, you can find nicer hotels. more

There is no getting away from it that this place is in need of a degree of refubishment, that said I didnt find it grubby or unkempt either.
