May i say that i saw reviews on this hotel saying it was undergoing refurbishments at the time i was going to stay. Yes there was and they were all on a floor that no-one was staying as they weren't selling those rooms.. My wife and i stayed here for 2 nights in their so-called budget rooms :o) ie: lower... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst having our house painted. It was a disaster from start to finish. The rooms are filthy and old. The tv was so old with not even a remote. The bed was uncomfortable and linen was not clean. The staff at reception were rude and the bathroom in particular was mouldy and... more

The hotel is in a great location for business travellers but the rooms are very old with facilities that bearly work. I stayed three nights and I was definitely glad to get home. The breakfast was very average and we only ate there once and found much better places on St Georges Terrace for a similar price. The TVs don't... more

I've never written a review before and have stayed at hotels world wide, but this hotel was terrible and I ended up checking out early even though I had paid for 2 nights. I booked the room specifically to stay in the city over the weekend of the red bull air race but was not advised that my room had... more

The only positive thing I can write about this hotel is its location. That's it! It's not value for money considering it's not very cheap to stay (about $155/night). It claims that it is a 3 star hotel. It would be very lucky to get a 2 stars for our experience. We went out for a tour in Perth during... more

This is a quirky place. The deluxe rooms are on the higher floors and have great views of the river. These are big rooms which are well equipped. I really liked it but.. It is privately owned, so service is a bit quirky. Generally good, but when we left a do not disturb sign up they phoned to ask when... more

Staying on business in Perth, this week. Was booked in this hotel by client as there was nothing else available. You might want to avoid this hotel as it looks like the owners are just squeezing the last dollars out of it before shutting it down. My comments; the bad - building - was renovated many many years ago -... more

First of all I stayed in this hotel because my Daughter and I were visiting Perth without my Husband so I wanted something central and where I could self cater. That and the great view across the Park to the River are the only redeeming features of this hotel. We came to Perth from the Goldfields of WA where the... more

Weve stayed at this hotel a few times..but we only ever stay the one night. Its a very basic no frills hotel. We stay because its cheap and it means we can have a fantastic dinner (and a few drinks without driving) in our favourite restaurant The Grand Palace (opposite) This Hotel has no bar or restaurant just a cafe... more
