We didn't expect glitz and glamour for $150 a night including buffet breakfast in Perth CBD but surprisingly we got far more than we expected. The Mercure is one of the hotels closest to Perth's pedestrians only section of Hay Street. The location was what influenced my choice. The room was spacious at 400 square feet and clean.
