Close to the City Centre it is perfect, but its still only a 10 minute walk or a *free* 3 minute bus ride away. The location was great- walking distance to most of Perth CBD or free travel on the CAT shuttle- 30 m from the hotel door step. The 1 bedroom apartment I have stayed in was modern, clean, fully furnished and very spacious with goog working area. Veranda was nice for smoling!!. Great City location, just walked daily to the office and sometime took the CAT free shuttle bus. The apartment was very spacious, clean, looked after with good working area & internet service. Very good faciilties ( Gym, tennis court, pool etc) and very good site security. Polite service and good value for my $. will come back! more

We've stayed here 3 times. For me it is overall a good place to stay. It has free covered parking, the apartments are well maintained and serviced daily. It could do with being a bit more kid friendly. For example I would have like to have seen a kids channel on the TV. The restaurant is adequate. The grocery store... more

The location was great near the city centre and 20 m from the Free Cat Shuttle bus. Nice views over the Swan River, Very spacious 2 bedroom hotel apartment which accommodate all of us (5). Fully furnished accommodation with full kitchen laundry & free car parking. Good service and quite good rate! more
