Not what I expected from Hyatt as there is no wow factor. Bathroom in my room could do with a make-over and no pressure from shower. Food from room service was fantastic. Outdoor pool area really lovely.

Great, functional business hotel. Good facilities. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. The Executive Lounge has a good, varied selection of food over few days. This hotel certainly has everything you need - feels a bit spread out but good.

We stay at the Hyatt Regency Perth quite often for a night or two just for a break. Rooms have recently been refurbished and are a good size.
