We recently stayed four nights in Deluxe King room on the 7th floor. A good sized room, a basic bathroom, nothing fancy, and good bed. Nothing exciting or interesting. I have to say the overall feel of the Hyatt Regency in Perth is that of a very large and very good motel. Clean, efficient, and impersonal. Unfortunately, it does not... More

I attended a wedding here this year and I stopped short of posting a review because the experience was not at all positive. Last week I went back to the same hotel (after declaring that this would never happen) to attend a CEDA luncheon. My only comment to prospective Brides is to look carefully into service standards. Check the staff's... More

Stayed for a family holiday for a week. While the rooms themselves are a little dated, ours was clean and everything worked. Service was good overall, the usual Hyatt standard. On checking out they had a little trouble calculating our bill, but not a big deal overall. If you have a car and park on the street around the hotel,... More

Had been away for a few weeks and before going home to the Great Southern fancied a couple of nights of rest and relaxation to get over travel. I went for the Hyatt because I'd heard good things, it was 5 star and after staying at the Hyatt in Tokyo I found I could collect points, so figured why not?... More

An overall good experience at the Hyatt, Perth. On our arrival, the bellman was there immediately to unload the bags, and even though our room wasn't ready until the afternoon, the bags were ready in our room for our return. We stayed in a standard room, which was very well-furnished and warmly decorated. The bathroom was slightly dated, but was... More

As usual the Hyatt Regency met all of my expectations. Stayed in a Club Room and really enjoyed the extra special service of the Regency Club for cocktails and breakfast. So nice to be able to relax and not have too many people around. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Had a small problem with shower drainage and it... More

This hotel was designed by architects in that wonderful Stalinistic style. The bleak, undecorated floors where I had to walk for miles before finding my room was all I expected from this era's fashion. The room was actually quite good and roomy and the internet options (including cable) were excellent. My major issue was a random , loud, metallic screeching... More

Dear Gregory J Many thanks for your feedback. Whilst haunted does lend us a mysterious aura, it sounds more like a ‘mundane’ technical issue. I’ll get our ghostbusting maintenance team onto this and my apologies for the unexpected disturbance. Regards Adam Myott, General Manager More

I actually live in Perth and was given a night at the Hyatt as a gift - never really has to stay in a hotel in the city so new experience. Parking - was very confusing - there were no bays available for us to park - they were all reserved for other companies - eventually we parked in another... More

Dear pene61 Great to see you had the opportunity to stay overnight in your home city for a change. My apologies for the confusion regarding parking; with the exception of a few designated company bays further in, guests are able to park anywhere within the hotel’s section. With regards to your accommodation package, our staff should certainly be fully up... More

After many hours of travel the welcome was pleasant and my concerns about retaining the room for a second night quickly satisfied. The hotel met all my expectations of this international brand. With only a few hours before another long day the room was comfortable with the power points located close to the desk and the bed very supportive.
