Located on Hay Street, right at the start of the mall, the location could not be better. Unfortunately we booked a superior room which was very dated and had a really old bed with a very soft mattress that had its springs pushing through. We spent only one night and there was not much sleep but a lot of back... More

We stayed here for one night after arriving on an international flight. The employee at the front desk welcomed us with a friendly smile and let us know that our Platinum status with IC entitled us to a few extra benefits, including a large King room, and a lovely assortment of snacks. The property isn't new but our room was... More

Be prepared Perth is very expensive! This hotel, on a run down side will set you back at least $350-$400 per night. Just OK, but quite “tired” and in need of a spruce up. If you want something fancy, be ready to shell out in excess of $650 in Perth (vs. $300 in Melbourne or Sydney!) Cheers!

A quick visit mid week in April 2013. I am in general a fan of the Holiday Inn chain as good value for money. This one is very well located on Hay Street in the middle of Perth CBD. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the rear. Not much of a view but when on business all I... More

Stayed 4 nights, with family of four. First two nights in a room with two double beds as family rooms were all booked, as they only have 3 family rooms. Then shifted for other two nights to family room - much better. Service was excellent and staff could'nt of been friendlier. Restaurant meal was lovely, buffet breakfast was great and... More

Interconnecting rooms were spacious and clean with good sized bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, air con was effective and rooms were very quiet. Perth in Western Australia is a very expensive place for hotel rooms during the week.
