Be prepared Perth is very expensive! This hotel, on a run down side will set you back at least $350-$400 per night. Just OK, but quite “tired” and in need of a spruce up. If you want something fancy, be ready to shell out in excess of $650 in Perth (vs. $300 in Melbourne or Sydney!) Cheers!

Interconnecting rooms were spacious and clean with good sized bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, air con was effective and rooms were very quiet.
