Looking for a B&B in central Perth? Look no further. La Casa Rosa is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in East Perth, but very close to the CBD. The free bus runs just around the corner or just take a 15.20min walk to the city center. All rooms in this modern apartment are well appointed and offer all... More

Rose and Michael are very accommodating hosts. We booked for a week but due to my wife's knee problem, only stayed three nights. The B + B is in a very peaceful area, no noise in the evening. Its a short walk to some great restaurants and the Bottle O. However, the free yellow bus is very close by and... More

Stumbled across this little beauty of a B&B on line, was staying in Perth midweek so though we would give it a go. The reviews were really impressive. Stayed for one night with my wife attending a show in the city, Rose and Mike the hosts are really nice people, very accommodating of our needs, extremely knowledgeable of the city... More

We stayed here for a night in transit and it was an entirely pleasant experience. Rosa does a wonderful breakfast (and caters for coeliacs with a wonderful gluten free muesli she makes herself), and the room was clean and very comfortably fitted out. A short walk away is a waterfront with some wonderful restaurants, it's 20min from the airport and... More

We called up last minute and Rose had a room available for us. We arrived a couple of hours later and were given a warm welcome and introduction to our room, balcony, facilities and some insights into the local East Perth area. The breakfast served up is fit for a bed and breakfast. Hosts were warm and welcoming and good... More

My wife and I recently spent 4 days at this excellent B&B. This was our first visit to Perth and we could not have had a better introduction to this lovely town. Rose and Michael treated us like family. They were very helpful getting us oriented to Perth. The property is just 2 blocks from one of the stops of... More

Very luxurious italianate establishment with a really homely feel. The hostess made us feel very much at home and was justly proud of her property. Not easy to find in the dark because the entrance is not in Wittenoom Street but one door back in the side street. The only complaint for me was the enormous climb up the stairs... More

This place is not what it seems. The people that run this are not very pleasant, the CBD is actually a 40 minute walk and in the heat its hard work. Our view was not over a park of a nice surround but a drive way and a big cement wall.

Rose D, Owner at Perths La Casa Rosa Bed and Breakfast, responded to this review

This is a most unusual review after reading all our other reviews, as we are struggling to recognise how it can take a person 40 minutes to walk to the city centre. If you have only visited 2 other cities being Margaret River and the tiny Cowaramup then it is understandable you may get lost and possibly take all day.... More

It was a delight to discover Perth's best kept secret hideaway - its quite discreet, impersonal exterior belies the warmth of the welcome within. The little touches started in the reception hall with a tasteful display that gave me well-founded confidence that I was going to enjoy this experience! First the room - the one with the beautiful balcony and... More
