We stayed two nights in this B&B. Rooms are nice and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, the AirCon is very noisy and always running on highest level (far too cold). We had a tough time finding a place to stay in Perth that was well suited to our needs. We were looking for something reasonably priced that wasn't a hostel and we didn't want the coldness of a hotel.
