Kimberley Klub was my very, very first hostel ever on my own! :) I arrived with greyhound not too far from the hostel. Right from the beginning I loved the entrance, the people, the music, the location...everything!!!!! :) You do have a nice bar, an amzing chill area with television, free wifi but also oppurtunities to use a computer. An aging building with great staff and an ideal position for walking into the centre of Broome. It's greatest value is its proximity to the centre of the town. Unfortunately the building is being let run down and needs to be redeveloped or at least upgraded. Otherwise a goos budget stopover with helpful service.

We throughly enjoyed staying at the Kimberley Klub for two nights, great atmosphere and excellent staff. Seems like most backpackers stay at the KK, most of them are all outgoing and happy to socialise. There is always a party going on somewhere, but around midnight it dies down and everyone's pretty quite. Would recommend for young adults backpacking and also... More

This is the worst YHA I have stayed at. When you get a 6 people shared dorm, there is no roof, so you actually share with 3-4 other rooms = Very noisy! Everyday seems like a big party and staff hang around and smoke pot and listen to high music. The kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting and only clean the... More

Where to begin... I am surprised by the high ratings. First of all the rooms have walls that don't meet the ceiling. This means your six bed dorm really sleeps 24. The lighting is very dim in the rooms which maybe a good thing as it's dirty and the beds are collapsing. One bed was so bad a guest refused... More

Far less expensive than most other options, comfortable, convenient and clean. The Manager offered to meet our flight at the airport, which was greatly appreciated. Seems to be predominantly used by back-packers, but our group in 50's-60's felt perfectly at ease.

Even after 6 years the vibe has not changed. It is such fun-filled place with plenty going on, both the share and private rooms are affordable and as it has the YHA backing you know that you are staying at a place that has to maintain a minimum standard. I loved the friendliness and local knowledge of the staff and... More

I stayed at the kimberley klub for 4 night in a 6 bed dorm. Hostel is perfectly located, within short walking distance to the town centre and superstore. The beautiful cable beach is also accessible by bus that runs from just up the road. The hostel itself was very nice, very much open plan, it has a large tv room... More
