We stayed here for 3 nights. Having stayed in hundreds of backpackers across Oz and NZ I would say this is very average. It has a great location but we felt it was a bit grubby and the double rooms are pretty uninspiring. more

The place is filthy, messy and it' s full of bed bugs! Even though the staff knows all about it there is nothing done. the mattresses are not even sprayed but are left in the rooms for others people to get bitten! more

Stayed here in June of `03...One of the best hostels in OZ..very friendly vibe..clean, basic, nice little pool, and best of all location!! 5 min walk to one of the best beaches and probably the best sunsets in all of Australia.
