Our standard motel room was just that, and a little less. Plastic covers on the mattress & pillows felt awful and reminded me that we were staying somewhere seedy where there have perhaps been a lot of accidents. It's not unexpected being out the back of the Roey where all the nightlife happens in Broome, but the high price ($150/night)... More

Yes its on the flight path as most places in Broome are. The runway is in the middle of town. Have stayed here a number of times. Found the room was clean, pool and surrounds was probably while we stayed. A bed is a bed - comfortable and air conditioned. Running the aircon you will not hear the entertainment next... More

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Silly me for accepting a cheap deal online. Lesson learnt. Where to start? Very loud locking gate that you need to crash closed to lock. Nice boogers on the wall. Fridge rusting and door seals in shreds. Shower was a joke. Motel is right in flightpath, so planes flying about... More

Stayed in the motel one Monday night as I had car problems. Staff were very friendly. Room quality reflected the price. Quiet, clean and tidy. I would stay again. Be aware the sports bar had skimpy barmaids but you can eat and drink in the lounge bar if women serving drinks in their underware bothers you. Nice swimming pool and... More

Nice clean hotel in the heart of town, the pool is nice and staff are freindly. Unfortunatly the hotel is attached to the pub and nightclub so some nights are noisy however I discussed my noise concerns with the reception and they put me in a room on the far side and it was nice and quiet. There are a... More

Well this hostel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in! It does not have a swimming pool, the motel does. But then they closed it for a week because a couple of guests get drunk around the pool (punishment for the rest of us who did nothing). The kitchen was awful, it stank, it was dirty... More

This accommodation was terrible. I was not given a key to the security gate at check-in, so I found myself locked out later that night! The girl who checked me in at reception was totally disinterested in her job. The room was advertised as providing free movies, but there were none (the channels were off) for the entire stay of... Took more than 1:40 minutes to check in after I had just completed 10 hour drive. Ignored by staff for first five minutes.Got the famous room 13 with the main steel gate access attached to the wall of the room.CRASHES shut every time someone comes in or goes out all night long. Brilliant. No wardrobe to hang your clothes. They... More

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel, and I am sorry that you did not have the same wonderful experience that most of our regular clients are accustomed to. In regards to taking 1:40 minutes to check in, I can only imagine that you must have arrived prior to our check in time of 1pm. When guests... More

I had previously stayed at the Roebuck Bay Hotel and was satisfied with my experience, but will not be staying there again after my most recent stay. Guests are required to have two keys- one for the security gate and one for the room. I had ducked out for a few minutes to get take away, and accidentally left my... More
