If you pay $70 a night for a hotel room in the best location in the heart of the city you can't complain about anything, I have stayed here many times when I know I will be 90% outside and 10% in my hotel room(just sleeping). This hotel is perfect for this reason, I travel solo which again makes this... More

We had a weekend in Melbourne - hotel chosen for us and as promised, it was great value, within walking distance of all the attractions of the CBD. My partner and I had a smallish room with four bunkbeds, a small doonah and towels plus soap on each bed - window looking across to backs of other buildings. Small bathroom... More

This place appeared convenient location wise, however it was as * budget* as one can possibly get. The entrance feels like a shady, seedy entrance to a topless bar, our room had ONE chair for four beds/ people, and it was in general as basic as one would expect a prison cell would resemble. Would we stay here again? No.... More

Stayed one night. AS you would expect, everything is very basic with a double bed with a bunk bed above. Shower in the room and separate toilet. Room was clean enough but oldish. Small TV For what you pay its good – booked for a Friday night so was not super cheap, but cheaper the most other hotels. If you... More

Good location close to Flinders Street railway station, very strategic location. Meaning no issue for transport and food as it is situated in the melbourne CBD. Room size is adequate (was given at double bed + bunk bed for 2 person) Comfortable bed, cleanliness is acceptable. Wifi available. Staffs are helpful and friendly

We were looking for a centrally located hotel in CBD and this hotel met our needs. We took a family room that comes with a bunker bed and bed. Less than 100 m from the hotel you have access to free city tram, train station, shopping, restaurants shops and transport. Room and the toilet were clean and the air conditioning... More

I thought that for what i had paid for my 1 night stay it was good value for money. Yes the room is small and not suitable for more than 2 adults in my opinion. The ensuite was small but adequate, with separate toilet, all very clean. I got there around 9pm and checked out by 7.30am, so the Ibis... More

Hi S47, prices climb according to demand with us, weekends we are always busy and prices start from a higher point. You will find no matter how high our prices get - they will always still offer excellent value when compared to the other CBD hotels - we always offer the best rate we can even when they are high....
