Hotel: It’s a budget hotel so don't expect much apart from the basic facilities (no safe & mini bar). Room is small, neat, clean and cosy (but oldish). The bunk beds were averagely comfortable and the air conditioning worked efficiently. Staff: They were friendly, and accommodating. Check in was quick and check out is simple (just drop your room key... More

The budget ibis is just as it states: Budget. Great location very central. Plenty of public transport and places to eat and shop near by. Security guarding the door of the weekend. Having stayed with ibis before I knew what to expect. However have never stayed at one with the the shower only separated by a curtain. That was an... More

We stayed in a double bed and an overhead bunk bed for 4 nights. Basic room but value for money given that it is centrally located, the tram stop is just outside the entrance door, and very near to many eateries and convenient store. they tidied and changed the towel everyday. Has a guest laundry however only opens between 7am-9pm.... More

Stayed here for 5 nights over the Australian Grand Prix 2015. Great value. Have to say they swept up my favourite towel from home and I never got it back. Wasn't anything special so don't think they wanted it. Genuine mistake but no feed back. Clean but family room not big enough for 4 adults. No hanging space. Great location.... More

I spent seven nights in this budget hotel along with my son and my nephew! Clean rooms, but very small! On the other side..very cheap rates, too! Most of staff: very kind, helpful, namely Ms Lucia, the duty manager I met during my stay! I definitely will come back!

The space in the room was very limited so it was difficult with a few suitcases, but it was a comfortable stay as we were only there to sleep. The location, on Elizabeth St, is very good - close to many shops and restaurants in the city.

The staff won't help you if you leave anything in your room. Consider it gone. They either sell it or throw it in the trash, seems my suit jacket went into a plastic bag and they got defensive and angry when I politely asked to see it. I should have called the police, since the jacket contained a boarding pass... More
