I checked-in to this place on 09-30-2014 and checked-out on 10-03-2014. The place is tucked inside Little Collin St. and is accessible to most shops a traveler may need. There is a Subway and a 7-Eleven around the corner and there are cafes right across the street. This is also near the Old Treasury Building, Treasury Gardens and Fitzroy Gardens,... More

Excellent location near the Melbourne museum, National Gallery of Victoria and the Old Treasury Building. All three members of staff that we dealt with could not have been more helpful. Our room was comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped. The internet worked well in the room and having free use of a printer was useful. The communal shower rooms could... More

First of all i want to say that you usually get what you pay for but this Hotel was overpriced for the kind of services. And i would, as an owner of this place, change from Hotel to "Hostel for grown ups". But over all it did for me what i asked for, bed and a shower (shared). The shower... More

I stayed here with my husband for 3 nights in August. When we booked the hotel we wanted something cheap and clean and close to the city centre and we weren't disappointed. I arrived after my husband so he did the checking in, however I did call the hotel earlier in the day to let them know my husband might... More

I needed a sensibly priced hotel for a last minute trip to Melbourne or a mix of family and business matters, and found this hotel through a website. It isn't exactly near the city centre per se, its close to Parliament station on the city loop train system. The booking and payment experience was brilliant - went through the hotels... More

Looks like nothing from the outside walk inside and it's very old fashioned looking. My room was nice, small clean and comfy. I had a twin room with two single beds, which were very comfy. My room had a small bar fridge with coffe and tea making facilities, a TV and an awesome little heater. The room had no ensuite... More

Was really disappointed. Stayed in the family room with my family. Was happy to use communal bathrooms however found there was urine all over them (not sure how this is possible bus seems it is). It was a very cold night and the kids were freezing so I asked reception if we could perhaps have another three prong oil heater... More

This place looks nothing from the outside but is the perfect accommodation if you are on a budget. We had a private twin room. The room was clean and very comfortable with a flat screen TV. Free wifi throughout the building and there were no problems with it. No extra costs for luggage storage, printing of boarding passes or linen.... More

Second time I have stayed in this inner city Melbourne hotel. Yes it is very basic, but if you are after a great location and dont spend much time in your room anyway it is just great. It is within walking distance to all the city, great for walking to the MCG, and there are trams and trains just around... More
