We stayed in a serviced apartement on 19th floor. When we arrived with loads of bags after a stay in Bangkok no one came near us to help us with our bags, even though my husband was in a sling. Nothing over the top, from what it shows on the web site, stayed 19th floor, escorted up, shown private enterance had to carry suitcase 3 flights while conceirge walked ahead. Breakfast well worth having there, can not say the same for attending dinner there at night, simple pasta dish ordered,1hr 30 min later it arrived, could understand if restaurant full,wasn't.... more
