“Business stay”

Overnight for one night in Melbourne. Quiet room; clean and well appointed. Pity there was a charge for internet connection at this price. Good food for a quick evening meal at reasonable prices. More

“Small but clean; Great Location”

PROS: Nice, clean quiet apartments. Comfortable beds.Right in the heart of the city so you can walk to the Bourke St Mall. Close to transport, cafes, bars and shopping. I have just spent 4 days in Melbourne in an Executive Studio at The Oaks on Collins. An absolutely delightful surprise to see just thought and great design going into a mid-priced accommodation, otherwise often left as a box with a kettle. Stayed here for 3 nights while I was in Melbourne for the tennis. Truth be told, I left the hotel booking to the last minute and this was the only hotel i could find with 3 consecutive nights of accommodation, so went with it. stayed there for a girls weekend . not a happy stay A/C didn't work toliet door kept coming of it's runners .was told for a bucket of ice to be delivered for $ 5.00 . More

“Good stay”

I stayed in a studio room for 3 nights - room was spacious and clean but furnishings were worn in some areas. The room was a central room with no windows which I did not mind but may be an issue with some people. The hotel foyer has stairs which may cause trouble with some people who have heavy bags. More

“A little bit different.........clean and tidy.”

Room quite large. Self contained with small kitchen area. I stayed in 1805 and had great view of surrounding buildings. Walls are a little thin with noise from adjacent rooms and corridor being constantly heard. Why do people bang things in the middle of the night? We stayed here for a girls night and booked a 2 bed apartment. Upon check in we were told there were none availalble and basically, bad luck. Reception were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic.
