Fantastic if you are going to Melbourne and don't want to pay mega $$ for a room you won't spend much time in. Easy parking as there is also a parking complex across the road. Didn't use any of the common rooms although looked in the cinema room. FILTHY! You could get pregnant off the smell of that room alone.... More

Would I stay here again ? Hmmm probably not, the staff are ok but the place it self is pretty average, nothing to talk about really. I didn't realise how cold Melbourne got best. Buy some warm clothes if your coming here this time of year brrrr.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are simple and beds are clean, bathrooms are alright, and WiFi worked everywhere, but was sometimes on and off. The only downside to this place is the terribly tiny kitchen and how loud and rowdy it gets at night while you're trying to sleep

Rooms are cramped and stuffy, no aircon. Showers REEKED of cleaning product and it seemed as though the ventilation for the ensuite showers stopped working years ago. Staff Were ok, don't expect too much? Dont bother coming here unless you're planning to get maggot drunk.. We had a bloke walk into our room 3 or 4 in the morning to... More

I stayed in the hostel for 10 nights and was pleased with my room for the price. Room was of a nice size but had this odd smell about it. Fine to leave window open durig day to air it out but woke to the odd smell daily. Maybe the carpets need a good clean or replacing?? All staff are... More

Central Melbourne, about a 20 minute walk to Federation Square and the Harbour and we had a blast! The bar here is amazing, decent drinks for a decent price. We stayed in a ten bed dorm and the beds were super comfy, everyone really really helpful and the shared bathrooms were continuously cleaned and always in good condition. The travel... More

Brilliant! Situated in a pretty good location, close to both clubs, pubs and bars as well as the Queen Victorian Markets. Within walking distance (15-20 mins) to the Crown Casino too! Staff are friendly and hilarious - have a mixture of safety and fun as their number one priority! The themed bar nights are fantastic with relatively cheap prices and... More

A decent hostel! Very good bar and nightlife and very basic dorms/accommodation. Good travel shop, mad travel. Booked some tours with them which worked out cheaper that other tour companies. The location is ok, near to Victoria market but a bit further out than most

When me and my friend got to nomads we thought the staff were nice, location was ideal but the cleanliness was not the best! The kitchen is a pain to cook in and food gets stolen all the time. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it, there is a nice enough cinema room and and always stuff to do... More

We stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in the past This place for me ranked as the worst hotel/motel we have stayed. Steer away if you can. The service is just terrible. The elevator does not work with the card they give you and neither does the entrance to the motel room. We will not stay... More
