Stayed for 4 nights at the 3 bedroom apartment facing the dock...bautiful view, convenient public transportation and also within walking distance to melbourne CBD (we took around 30 mins leisure walk). A quiet area which was good after long days of shopping n sightseeing

Drove right past, they need a sign that sticks out. Had a problem with the dryer which kept cutting out every 10 minutes. Reported it mid morning next day & someone didnt come up until 5.30pm. Said if it happened again to ring. Unfortunately we didnt get home till 11 that night & the next day was Saturday. Someone came... More

Stayed in a large 1 bed apt for a few nights - clean, bright, large and all the applicances, linen etc that you need. I only stayed for a couple of nights - but still value for money. Woudl recommend for long stay business or those with family on holidays ! As they are "apartments" there is no breakfast included... More

Pros: The location and views were great, the amenities were nice (the gas kitchens were excellent for example), the price was excellent, and the staff tried hard to help. The Cons: The equipment was the very cheapest (eg. broken A/C), the internet worked intemittently, the elevator security system kept you from meeting in a colleagues room unless you were escorted... Thank you for taking time to review our property. We agreed that our business and leisure traveler needed the option of being able to access the internet from any location from within the apartment. I am pleased to announce that all our apartments now have wireless internet access. The rollout of this significant infrastructure has taken a little longer than... More

We’re never disappointed when staying at the MSSA. As usual, friendly staff, great views of a fantastic city, excellent facilities and at a reasonable rate. We asked for a high apartment with a good view and got the 35th Floor overlooking the CBD. Car parking is $15 a day extra. Can’t fault them overall and the Southbank location is very... More

We stayed in the Short Stay apartments on Bourke St. We had a two bedroom apartment and were happy to find it had two bathrooms! However, the shades on the windows are hopeless. Once the sun starts to come up around 5.30 the whole room was filled with light. Even in the evening the neo lights from across the street... More

We had 2 apartments for a long weekend stay. Got a free upgrade for one of the apartments using our entertainment book, very good. So we had a 2 bed apt on 10th floor, and 3 bed apt on 30th floor of southbank one. The apartments were very clean, just like the pictures, with modern furniture. Good kitchen, stainless steel... Girls at reception performed their roles without demonstrating excellent customer service. The rooms were new with a modern fitout including a large comfortable bed. The location close to all transport, the markets and shops satisfied our requirements. It really did provide value for money with little not to like about the accommodation.

I travelled with 3 friends and we booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with Short Stay and it exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms we comfortably sized, with clean bed linen and spectacular views through their massive windows. The living room, where we spent the majority of our tie together, was spacious with a huge television and comfortable couches. We... More

I have stayed in several apartment complexes around Melbourne over the last couple of years and to be honest they have all been very small and unhomely. This complex in City Road is the biggest one by Melbourne standards I have come across and we were very pleasantly surprised. Car parking is a dream and the complex itself is very... More
