A two bedroom apartment fully serviced. Spacious, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, walking distance to theatres, museums, tram stop. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Supermarket within walking distance as well

And.... you get Peter Jenssen at the front desk. Alone, he made our stay a pleasant one. I know, Lygon St is only 20metres away too even if Brunettis has moved, it's still around the corner. Comfortable and convenient, a good space for a weekend base.

cleaning is an issue. hard to keep such dated rooms clean though. Smelt strange. All the outside areas dirty. Certainly not one of Quests better properties. Only thing going for it is the proximity to Lygon street. But I wouldnt bother. Overpriced for what you get. Car park like trying to locate something in middle earth!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Quest Clocktower on Lygon again recently. On a previous visit I stayed in an apartment which had not been refurbished but decided to give it another go. This time I was greeted at Reception by Jenny who made us feel more than welcome, which was a great way to start. We were very pleasantly... More

I have stayed at Quest Apartments all over Australia for work and unfortunately these apartments were not one of the better ones. Dislikes: 1. Our apartment had the air conditioner in the kitchen, none of the windows could be opened and the cleaning staff regularly turned the a/c off while we were out, so it was difficult to keep the... The apartment was very old and dated. Cleanliness is an issue with thread bare carpets and sticky floor and work surfaces in the kitchen. The air-cond in the lounge does not extend to cooling the bedrooms. The television in the bedroom did not work. It was a mission to find your way from the car park to the apartments. When... More

We stayed here at Christmas and had decided not to do it on the cheap to ensure our Christmas was memorable. Unfortunately it was memorable for the wrong reasons. The high cost of the apartment did not correlate to high standards of accommodation. There was mould in the bathroom, holes in the bedroom walls and the air conditioner smelt like... More

Stayed here for a several days in a single bedroom apartment. The attraction was the location as we needed to be in Carlton. I think that would be the only reason anyone would really stay here. As mentioned previously, rooms are dated, while the apartment itself is relatively well sized the kitchen is poorly equipped, the whole complex is confusing... More

This hotel is a disgrace. The shower had mould all through it and the staff only made 1 bed (out of 3) in the unit. Service was terrible from the staff who were not accommodating at all. The only positive this hotel has going for it is the location, right next to great food and atmosphere. If you can put... More

Location great but paid top dollar $250/night (including $17/day parking) for the self contained apartment option. Small TVs - no flat screens here - the one in bedroom was barely visible (reception terrible also) because the stand it was on was lower than the bed! Basic accommodation. Expected street noise but not adjoining room having normal conversation. I'm sure the... More

Thank you for your review. The property is being progressively upgraded and I am sorry that your stay proved less than satisfactory. I am mystified by your television experience as all the the televisions here have been upgraded to flat screens as old televisions no longer operate as the analogue signal has been discontinued. Our apologies again that your stay... More
