We got upgraded to a 2br apartment (booked a 1-br) which was incredibly spacious, very clean & really nicely furnished. It was in a great location, nice and close to some really cool bars and restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed!

We stayed here with our three kids over the school break. Great location which earns it the three stars. Staff was nice upon check in and got us to the room without a problem. The added parking in the garage down the road is nice. We would have given it 4 stars but the apartment was old and a bit... More

Good Afternoon Bytor, Thanks for taking the time to comment. I apologise if the room was below your expectations - if you don't mind my asking, which apartment were you staying in? I'd very much like to make some improvements if they're required. Thanks again, Jorge Tsipos More

stayed here in jan during tennis open with a baby. Great location, parking next door (need to pay). Fully equipped kitchen with wash machine etc... Right in centre of town so plenty of restaurants/bars nearby though flat was quiet. We had ordered one bed flat but got a two bedroom so plenty of space. Would recommend if like more space... More

Without knowing anything about Melbourne or any of the neighborhoods, I was placed at Flinders Landing Apartments for 3 nights. Situated on a narrow street, it is within walking distance of many of the major attractions, restaurants, and surrounding by the much-heralded graffiti art. The receptionist was pleasant upon my arrival and although my apartment was not yet ready, I... More

Our apartment was in Cavendish House, next door to Flinders Landing. Reception was courteous and efficient. The apartment was spacious and comfortable two bedroom with one full bathroom including shower and a second toilet/powder room. Comfortable beds with crisp clean linen. Fully equipped kitchen including dish washer and washer/dryer for laundry. Access - secure entry into what is partly residential... More

Hi Karen, Thanks for your kind words about our property. It's always a pleasure when someone takes time out of their busy day to give us feedback. I'm not sure if you're aware but we do have double-layered windows on all apartments facing Russell street in an effort to cut down on street noise - it's something we work hard... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment which was located in the building next door to reception. The apartment was spacious and clean and in a good location. Could possibly do with a refurbishment as the kitchen and bathrooms looked a little tired but they were still fine.

The front desk Service was excellent, the location was great and the rooms are a good size, well appointed and laid out comfortably with no noticeable city noise. The only negative was the stairs inside the apartment and carrying the bags up. Would definitely consider here again though.

This was our second stay at Flinders Landing so , obviously we were happy with our first stay 6 months earlier. Once again our apartment was modern, clean & had every inclusion you could hope for. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor. The apartment was spacious, centrally located with friendly staff and free coffee in reception. Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
