i booked a two bedroom apartment for my mum, sister and i for four nights. It is in a great location very close to Queen victoria markets and not a far walk to melbourne central and other shops.. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and acomodating. The apartments themselves are spacious and has a full kitchen facilities... More

For me its all about position. Airport bus to Southern Cross station and then a free transfer with Skybus. Checkin checkout is all about who is on the desk. I had 2 apartments booked. When I got there one of them was full of the smell of cigarettes , they were happy to change this for me. The rooms were... More

I bought it from groupon, it was well worth the money... Two bedroom apartment is comfy. Only one downside, I can think of is the linen... My partner and I both couldn't sleep well for three nights... It feels like sleep in plastic bag.. Every movement of us can wake other up..

I am so happy to have found this hotel. Everything about it I love. Its close enough to everything in the CBD but also far enough away to avoid the 'rif raf'. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable and one of the best parts (for me at least) is the internet works!!! and its fast!!!... More

We had 5 nights in a well appointed, very clean apartment. The bathroom had new fittings and it had wonderful pressure in the shower. The beds were very comfortable. We had free wifi but it was slow at times - but it was free. Would have loved to have used the spa pool but it was a tad cold. The... More

We stayed for a few nights in a studio room which had a well equipped kitchenette. On level 12 which had pretty good views and was quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful especially the lady with short blonde hair... Sorry didn't catch her name. We dined in the restaurant every evening, which was good. Breakfast for... More

The room was spacious, so was the kitchen (which was really well equiped). The staff is very friendly and the hotel in general is very quiet. Though the best part of it is the location: 5mn away from Queen Victoria Market and just across the street from the train station and a tram station. About 10-13mn away from Central Station.... More

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with 4 adults and my 1 year old daughter. There was plenty of room for us all and we never felt cramped. The bedrooms were a good size as were the living room/ kitchen and the bathroom. The room was obviously newly renovated so was new and very clean. The lobby and hallways... More

This apartment style was perfect for making my own breakfast and hot drinks. The cleanliness was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the free tram and a train station (weekdays only) and Victoria Markets. Restaurants nearby and IGA if you want to self cater. I rated sleep quality lower because I didn't like the... More
