Great comfortable clean room. Awesome location, it was very easy to walk or take a tram to everywhere in the city. Paul was wonderful. He made great breakfasts every morning and spent a ton of time helping us plan out our days in and around Melbourne. We will definitely be staying there our next time in town.

Plenty of places offer a warm welcome, but this one is exceptional. The location is perfect and offers easy access to the city centre by tram. Paul parked our car for us, gave us a choice of accommodation, looked after our luggage and delivered it to the room. He ensured that we knew how to get into the city centre... More

Paul did a fantastic job of looking after us during our 3 nights in Melbourne. He went out of his way to accommodate our unusual check in and out times. Looking after our bags during the day for our late flight out. Room was tidy and clean and the seperate private bathroom was not a problem, in fact it was... More

Everything about this stay was perfect from the lovely room and firm bed to Paul's excellent cooked breakfasts. He even did some of my washing for me which I really appreciated as I had had red wine thrown all over me on the plane! I will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you very... More

A really nice hotel which was a different from the norm. Set in an old bakery, Paul will ensure that your visit to Melbourne will be one to remember. Breakfasts are really good and sat round a large table with the other guests is a real treat. The hotel is close to the brilliant tram system and there is even... More

We liked this B&B in Melbourne. It is situated close to the grid ( city center of Melbourne). Within walking distance there are a number of interesting spots to see. And there is always the free number 35 tram, that will take you around. Nice spacious room, good breakfast, helpfull host Paul. You do have your own bathroom, but you... More

Travelling on my own, Paul made me feel most welcome. When on my last day in Melbourne I tore my meniscus Paul took me to the hospital and even went out to get me something to eat in the evening. It felt like staying with an old friend.

I'm here to help, as much as possible. I was pleased to read that you thought staying at RITC was like "staying with an old friend." Best wishes, Paul. More

This is a very interesting hotel is in an old bakery built in the 1800's. It is located on the periphery of the business district which is very convenient. The rooms are OK but not great -- the private bath is across the hall and the fridge is downstairs. What makes this place great is the innkeeper - Paul. As... More

Cannot speak highly enough of Robinson's in the City. Paul was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, and great knowledge of the local area. We had a great time staying at Robinsons! Great spot, nice and close to a tram stop just a short walk down the street. EmLikesToTravel, Thank you for your online review. I was pleased to read that you would definitely stay again and that you liked our location, my suggestions and the room and building itself. The communal fridge does work well if a little inconvenient. But I think its a better option that a noisy fridge compressor in the room. Cheers, Paul. More
