The property is well kept and excellent value for money. The tram station is just at the door so it's really convenient. The manager and staff is courteous and ready to help. Secure car park at the basement. There was a full kitchen plus dishwasher and even a washing machine in my unit. If you want to eat out, shops are just across the road. It's nearby Deakin University Burwood campus (walking distance 7 minutes). Every room has a DVD as well, however the rental at $8 per movie/night is pretty high for my standards. Basic continental breakfast downstairs but other shops available or buy back food to prepare yourself. Excellent courtyard with a spa (it was not working) available. The one-bedroom apartment was excellent value and very well furnished. The front office closes at 7pm so make sure you contact them for anything before that time. The property is great for personal rest and relaxation. And yet convenient access to the city or other parts via tram. more
