The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was very close to CBD. When I got there and found out that the one bed room apartment we booked would require clmbing several flights of stairs which was a problem for me, they put us in a 2 bed room apartment which required less climbing of stairs with no extra charge.... more

Nicely decorated, spacious rooms .. great location, just outside of the cbd. i chose this hotel because of its location, having 2 small children we were just across from the royal gardens. the rooms are nicely decorated, spacious, clean and modern. my only problem was the first night there was alot of noise outside our window after midnight. more

Oh my gosh!! We did not get a balcony. The toilet needed to be flushed at least 2 times otherwise toilet paper would resurface. The fridge didn't close properly most of our food went off in the fridge. The fridge wasn't cold enough. The shelf on the fridge door broke so our drinks fell out when we opened the fridge... more
