DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE, THE OWNER IS WEIRD AND THE PLACE IS DIRTY. The bathroom smells. The kitchen is dirty. So many criminals stay at this place kind of halfway house. Never ever stay at this place again.

It's so dirty, ages to get hot water in the showers, milk crates for furniture, gum and other junk on the floors, no soap or towels in the bathrooms, no atmosphere or anything, owner is not a suitable person for hospitality. Do not stay here for any reason.

I choose that place because of the very reasonable rate (50 Aus dollars for 1 room for 2pax) and the location even if it's not very central it's just at 10 to 15mn walking from the center and there is 2 tramways line very close. BUT the place was super dirty, equipment very old, the courtyard full of old broken... More
