Great friendly, welcoming staff! Amazing room, enormous bed, spacious bathroom and shower, located close to CBD and plenty of great eateries in local area, only minutes walk. Even close to tram! Staff go out of way to help, 24😃 hours a day. Cafe truly awesome, with great breakfast menu. Will definitely stay there again!

Hotel was good...we had a clean room with a good shower and comfy beds. Communial kitchen was fine and wifi wasn't a problem, and it was great that the hotel has access to a laundry room. It's like a upgraded hostel. Bit annoying we had to call reception every time we wanted to switch the air con on up/down/high low... More

When I arrived we where escorted to our room straight away by staff who where very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had a two single beds and a tv and a great view of the city from our... More

Hi Thank you for your feedback.. Overall a positive response however I am a little confused / concerned regarding your shared bathroom comment.. All rooms at this hotel have private ensuite bathrooms.. We do not have a common bathroom area, unless you are referring to our public toilets on the ground floor.. We do have a common kitchen this was... More

Great value and superb friendly staff. Surprised that the rooms were fully equipped, from kettle, to fridge to hairdryer to shampoo, conditioners etc. Stayed for 5 nights, really nothing to complain on. Kitchen was also very neat and tidy although we didn't have a chance to use it. Not very near to CBD though but fairly reasonable walk / distance... More

We stayed at the hotel after reading previous trip advisor reviews. We were happy with our stay whilst not in the city centre it is close to a shopping strip and the Victorian market as well as tram transportation to city or for that matter transportation to casino, st kilda etc. the room we had was on the third floor,... Nothing to shout about but clean, cozy rooms with big wardrobe space. There's only 250mb free wifi daily but that's kinda enough for normal stuff. Find this place quire accessible (15m walk from Victoria Market & Trams are everywhere). The young man at the counter was really polite and helpful on the various needs we had especially transportation advice and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, requested for a room on the ground floor via online booking since there is no lift but got a room on the 1st floor instead. The room is satisfactory, not too spacious but the good thing is that they have a walk in cupboard which we could keep a lot of our storage inside.... More

Quite near to airport around 15 mins drive. Airport transfer bus took you directly to hotel. Mostly the first drop. 30 mins walk to Southern Bus terminal or 5 mins by taxi. There is tram stop nearby. Room was very clean with free tea and coffee. You got all toiletries you needed in the clean and neat bathroom. Also, coupons... More

The hotel has nearby cafes and restaurants. It is near the tram stop going to Flinders Station. You can also walk from the hotel to Queen Victoria Market. It is near Post Office, Victoria and Kings Street. The hotel has spacious room. Receptionist are helpful in providing directions. We will definitely recommend this hotel.
