Stayed at this hotel just before Christmas. The staff on reception were excellent and very helpful. Good value accommodation which is close to tram route. Hotel has kitchen than customers can use . Lot of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Good breakfast in cafe attached to hotel. Overall good value.

It was a very small room but that's okay if you're just spending the night there (you should be exploring the city and the markets nearby anyway). Excellent location just 30 mins walk from centre. Had an issue with the wifi not working but it was fixed within 24 hours. You get a cheap coffee voucher too. PROS: clean bathroom,... More

Hi and thank you for your review.. I'm glad in general you enjoyed your stay, and we think the location is great.. Not far from the Queen Victoria Market, close to public transport, and having Errol Street, North Melbourne shopping village across the road, means every day conveniences are not far away.. My question today is about your bites? I... More

This hotel is a nice hotel for a short stay. It seems that it used to be like a backpackers hotel before but the rooms are comfortable and nice. The heating and air conditioning is central so you can't control it. There is a tram station that is outside of the free area just a couple of minutes walking. There... More

We had to book into a hotel in Melbourne for 11 nights at short notice due to a family crisis so chose this place very rapidly but were so pleased with the result. The room was a little small but was made up for by the lovely big hot shower, having the fridge and tea/coffee making in the room, the... More

This hotel is a little difficult to give a rating to as it completely exceeded my expectations in some ways but did not meet other expectations. Pros: Friendly Staff 24 hour reception Close walking distance to Queen Victoria Markets and public transport Fantastic bathroom. Clean and modern. Cons: Specifically asked for a room on the bottom floor due to back... More

Would highly recommend saying at this hotel. It is a basic hotel, but is clean and had good sized rooms. The staff are really friendly, and there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk so easy transport links into the city

The hotel is located near CBD. We can get to the tram and bus station towards city loop in 1-min walk, it's quite convenient. The rooms are all cozy and clean. The receptionists are enthusiastic and responsible, we can always get the information and helps we needed from them 24/7. There is also a kitchen with all the cookers we... More

Stayed 3 Nights. Directions: Used Starbus service from Melbourne Airport. The bus picks you up from the airport and drops off at hotels (no need to change buses); Or 15 mins walk from CBD last free tram service station near Queen Victoria Market. Service : Very Good .The youthful staff at the lobby counter were helpful, polite and spoke good... More

I´ve been there for two days and I loved! The recepcionist was very helpful and the accommodation was everything that we needed, Bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was comfortable. The hotel is near a point of the free tram zone, that it is perfect if you want to visit the center of melbourne. Another point near the Miami Hotel... More

The location is fairly close to the city, especially considering it's cheaper price. The blonde receptionist was extremely helpful in informing us about tours, where to go etc. She couldn't of been nicer too. The room itself was decent enough, not massive but what can you expect for the price. The air con was faulty during the first few days:... More
