this was worse than staying at a backpackers. When we first got there, I thought the ceaner had just done a poo, so when it was still smelly later we realised it wasnt that. The bathroom was dirty moldyand the stench was so bad we had to leave the key card in so the fan .was on the whole time.... More

Located in Howey Lane just on little Collins Street. Along Howey Lane, there's a mall, cafe, boutiques, and opposite of it or on Little Collins Street is David Jones men's section with a foodhall and another cafe. Walk through David Jones, you'll get to Bourke Street and that's where the shopping street is with David Jones women's section, Myers and... More

Quiet room as the hotel is in a lane way/arcade. Remember though that Melbourne has lots of lovely lanes, not the backstreet lonely sort of lanes. Complimentary newspaper and light breakfast makes it good value. Only annoying thing was the beds were on castors and every time you sat on them you went for a ride but that was the... More

This hotel is in a prime Melbourne position, off Little Burke Street. We booked a triple room, which was comfortable and spacious. It was extremely quiet, even on a Saturday night as it was down a lane. The staff were friendly and obliging. Our shared bill of $236, included breakfast and a morning newspaper. A bargain if you are looking... More

Not impressed on booking in the room had a funny odor off to a good start . On further inspection the bathroom was mouldy and I mean mouldy. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in melbourne and this one has the worst bathroom I have seen for mould. As we were meeting other family we decided to stay.... More

My daughter and I stayed here for one night before going to the Grampians and found it very comfortable. Upon arrival the male on the desk was very hard to understand, but because of a recent knee operation they had put us in the disabled room with a easy entry shower. This was a bigger room, next to the lifts... More

Our room on the 7th floor was large, clean and very quiet. The location of the hotel is great on the first night we arrive we went out for dinner and found it a tad hard to find on the way back being that it is down a small alley. The breakfast is standard but tasty the pastries were warm... More

We were not impressed with this hotel. Maybe it was the room we had....but it was very noisy, could hear noisy aircon and lift going up and down all night. Bathroom facilities very ordinary, but I guess it comes down to you get what you pay for. Location good if you want to go shopping. Breakfast was ok nothing to... More

My girlfriend and I spent a week at the Causeway – It is located in an excellent position in between Swanston and Elizabeth streets – access to tram stops is a 2min walk either way, and flinders street station is about 400m away if you need a train. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable – check in and out... More

My friend and I stayed here over the June long weekend 2014 in the twin exec studio room for 2 nights. We arrived early (after leaving BNE on 7am flight!), our room was ready and the fantastic staff let us check in early! Throughout our stay the staff were lovely! Beds n pillows were super comfy, room was clean, nice... More
