The crown towers is what you expect as a usual 5* traveler. Pros: - beds are great - gym is outstanding - quite rooms - nice bathroom Like mandarin oriental in Las Vegas Cons: - tourists in the lobby visiting the casino Recommendation: - select your restaurant beforehand otherwise you stray around for a free table - book a club... Morning We stayed at Crowne Towers recently and were very impressed with the Concierge team. Simon and his brother, Patrick and the rest of the team were excellent (especially Simon who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant/memorable - thanks for helping pack my Liverpool memorabilia) concierge. Shame about the other staff who came across a bit arrogant... More

Have just spent 2 nights here, it is a cliche, you get what you pay for, everything is High end, rooms, meals down to the café, there during the Australian Open and ran into some of the players, great pool area, shot a few hoops up on the roof, close to the city, walked into city in around 10 mins,... We stayed at the crown towers during January in one of the basic twin rooms. While prices can be high at some times of the year other times rooms can be booked at very reasonable rates. The room we stayed in was large with 2 queen size beds, separate shower and toilet rooms. Its the little things, such as the... More

We stayed at this Hotel during the Australian Open, having stayed here many times before. But I would like to point out to future customers to BE AWARE when sitting on their seats in areas of the Hotel. I am middle aged with a young daughter and we happened to sit down outside their Club Lounge where there are seats... More

We stayed at this five star hotel for two nights on Christmas and Boxing Day nights. The rooms were spacious with city views. The ensuite was lovely with TV while having a bath. Queen bed was just right for my liking. Should stay at this hotel just for some rest and relaxation. In prime location every location within walking distance.

My sister and I booked a premier twin room for 3 nights as our base for the Australian Open this year. We'd stayed at the other two Crown properties in previous years but thought we should give Crown Towers a go this time. It's definitely the best located of the three hotels - with easy access to Southbank and the... More

What an incredible hotel. Everything is first class. We came with a tennis group to see the Australian Open and this is the hotel they booked. It's also the hotel where Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal stay. We ran into Rafa at breakfast. Needless to say, the service and amenities are top notch. The only thing I can say that... More

Crown towers was buzzing with the excitement of Australia Day and the tennis. It had a lot outside on the promenade that got you in the atmosphere. The breakfast was so filling at the conservatory and such a variety of food. We paid an extra $100 to get a later checkout at 2pm. The kids enjoyed swimming in the pool... More
