We came to Quest on Bourke from Ballarat to stay 2 nights. We rented a car and wanted to stop in front of the apt to unlod our luggages, but we can't as there is no loading bay and we had to park at Russell St, and then pull our luggages from there. With 12 pp including children, it was... more

A group of six of us went to the Melbourne Cup Carnival in 2008 and stayed at this apartment hotel. I was a bit late in looking for accommodation in Melbourne, and consequently couldn't find any vacancies for 3 bedroom apartments in Melbourne. However, at the Quest they organised for us a 2 bedroom Executive apartment with a 1 bedroom... more

Quest on Bourke is fabulously located, with Melbourne's CBD right on the doorstep. Many of the popular tourist sites can be reached by foot, and Melbourne's tram network means travelling around is easy too. We stayed in a two-bedroom room, and while the rooms themselves weren't large, the lounge room was comfy and the spacious bathroom comes with a huge... more

Right in the heart of Melbourne, easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theatres. We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchen and an enormous bathroom. We didn't need the in-room laundry but it would have been a great convenience. One bedroom was a bit noisy (closed to the elevator, even though it was down... more

My daughters (18 and 21) and I stayed six nights at Quest on Bourke. The location was outstanding, as the girls wanted easy access to CBD and theatres. The apartment was clean, quiet and a very enjoyable experience. The only negative comment is that a frosted window (admittedly high up but stretching the length of the wall) separated the main... more

This was my first stay at the Quest on Bourke and I will certainly be back. If you want a central spot in Melbourne, with good facilities and customer service this is the spot for you. The staff were all equally helpful, with Richard in particular always at the ready to help. The 1 bedroom apartment that we stayed at... more

I have stayed here in both a standard room and also a 2 Bedroom Apartment. Both times I have really enjoyed my stay. The apartments are better as they have a balcony and are more roomy. The rooms are very neat and clean, the service is really good and the location is excellent. From the reception area, it is a... more

We spent 5 nights in a deluxe 1BR apartment on the 3rd floor. Although the bedroom was a bit claustraphobic from having no windows, the other rooms made up for it. The living room was bright and spacious with a balcony, the bathroom was equally spacious and kitchen was fully equipped for our short stay. The apartment was also serviced... more

Got a great rate with Wotif, though 24 hours before checking in it was the same rate anyway for a 2 bedroom standard apartment. Location: Location is fantastic...one block from the Mall where all the major shops are, across the road is a huge Allans Music store as well as various little stores and eateries. Check in: Checking in was... more

I am a travel agent who often uses tripadvisor for research and to direct clients. I found the reviews of this hotel helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. It has an exceptional location in the centre of the CBD. It is very modern, clean and has recently been refurbished. Dee at reception is cheerful, helpful... more
