This was a great value for money hotel, it was just around the corner from the Hilton and at less than half the price. It suited our need admireable. Within easy walking distance to Bridge Rd Richmond shops (plenty of bargins).We had a great 3 days, I'll be back. more

The photos are totally deceiving! The carpets throughout the complex were absolutely filthy and stained. Paint chips and marks on all the walls of the apartment, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Very disappointing. Certainly get what you pay for! The place was in desperate need of an update – new coat of paint, re-grout bathroom tiles, replace the dirty carpets,..etc. Should have stayed at the Oaks or Medina serviced apartments. more
