Stayed 5 nights at a cost of $200 per night for a 1 bed room modern, clean and quiet apartment, which was within walking distance of Albert Park or 1 street over from the tram stop. An IGA with a bottle shop across road which was open 0700hrs until 2300hrs. This Quest is just perfect and does not induge in... More

We stayed in a 2br unit for just one night while attending a concert at AAMI Park. In terms of location this place is perfect if you are going to any of the nearby venues (Hamer Hall, the G, Rod Laver) AAMI Park was a safe and pleasant 45 min walk away. Our unit was very spacious and clean, the... More

Dear mrssmith1368, Thank you very much for taking the time to post your review and it is great to hear such positive comments, especially about our location and the spaciousness of our apartments. With regards to your feedback about our sheer curtains, this is an area we are looking at targeting this year in our continual improvement program, so I... More

Stayed the one night, Location was great, & friendly service. Room was clean & spacious, bed was uncomfortable, felt like two singles pushed together with a large lump in the middle of the bed. Car parking is an extra $20 & a little difficult to navigate around but handy all the same. Be aware of the Bond Hold, $300 bond... More

Dear Jaemae, Thank you for sharing your feedback, we always appreciate getting all feedback. I am happy to hear that you considered our apartments to be spacious and clean and that the property was in a great location. We have actually just made plans to update quite a few of our beds. The problem you describe is the down side... More

We stayed here for eight days in mid-December. The location was perfect for attending the opera (two minute walk) and the art gallery was just as close. It's very conveniently located above the Southbank facility which has a wide choice of food at reasonable prices and is just across the river from the train station/Federation Square. We stayed in a... More

Dear KiwiKitten, Thank you for taking the time to write your review and I am very glad to read that you the location was convenient and that the room was well appointed and clean. We stayed for 1 night and chose for the ease to get to Southbank, which is just a short, easy walk. The check in was smooth, car parking required a few instructions, but definitely needed when you actually do it. Room was clean and well appointed, though a full length mirror somewhere would have been good (all ladies like to... More

Quiet location, only few minutes walk to Southbank promenade. This hotel was very comfortable and good value for money. Main points: conveniently located in the city but slightly away from the noise, Very handy if you are going to the theatre and museums on St Kilda Road or to the Casino. Also easy access to the freeways if you are... More

Dear Snitcorby, Thank you for taking the time to write your review! It is fantastic to read that you felt the location was great for so many different reason - we do feel we are well placed for people who want to be extremely close, but not actually in the CBD itself. We look forward to welcoming you back next... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable, linen and towels ok. The quality of the furniture was poor and some of the curtains were ripped. The single chairs in the lounge room were filthy and we ended up covering them with blankets when we sat in them. The ensuite shower walls had mildew... More

Dear welldone99, Thank you for writing your review and the feedback it provides us - important for us to hear so we can improve! We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas so we paid the top rate. The lay out of the room was great for our needs with lots of space. Dissapointly the carpets were terribly stained and just let the whole room down. This has been commented on by many other reviewers so I think its time its replaced. The rooms... More

Dear Mcreadytogo, We feel all feedback is important so that we can improve our service and presentation. I have noted your comments, and those of others, regarding our carpet. We do have a program of continuous improvement here, as evidenced by the fact your 9th floor apartment received a new kitchen and bathrooms in July last year. I am glad... More
