Stayed in early January and had a great stay. Check in was a breeze and we headed up to our 2 bedroom executive apartment on the 18th floor. The room was huge, with kitchen, and a very comfortable living area. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed where my mother stayed, and my sister and I shared the room with... more

whilst apartments represented good value with an early internet booking, the staff are not the most helpful. The worst part about it was a non functioning shower (all apartments had very ordinary water pressure though with cheap bathroom fittings) so we had to wash from the basin or borrow our friends' shower . Problems with taxi bookings too which the... more

Stayed for 1 night, as part of a special birthday treat for our 16 year old daughter. We had a 2 bedroom apt, it was very clean and comfortable. The lounge area was quite small, ok for a nights stay but would have been cramped for a longer stay. If you have young children would probably be ok. One thing... more

Stayed at the Quest Hotel for one night, with friends who had booked it and already stayed a week. The rooms were very spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom room, which was very tidy and had a great heater and very comfortable chairs and beds. It was very close to the... more

Stayed for a week for conference/trade show and we chose a executive apartment which had a nice view and standard amenities etc. Car park was really hard to get in unless you have a mini minor - forget a four wheel drive. Reception was really rude and when I asked about some of the charge on the account - he... more

Recently stayed at the Quest. The location worked well for us. However, it was NOT close to a train station. Flinders Street station was a good 10 minute walk. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious. It was nice having a washer and dryer in one of the bathrooms. The place was a little dated and the... more

Our stay was not to bad, we only spent 5 hours in our room as we were out most of the night. We left the room with lettle mess but hours after leaving we were called and told we had to pay $100 for a stain on the carpet. It was a red stain we were told which was impossible... more

We expected more for what we paid. Fairly small, booked a 1 bedroom apartment and got 'just' that. Everything was old and tired looking. The handle on the door to the balcony came off in your hand and the whole apartment needed lots of minor repairs to bring it up to a reasonable standard. The bed itself was closed in... more

We stayed at the Quest for 5 nights and picked the location because it was close to central Molbourne but quieter and set away. Next time we visit Melbourne, I would probably choose to stay in the city more so there is less walking and transport options are closer. I don't mind walking but we were there is Winter and... more
