We stayed on the Grand Prix weekend and received a very pleasant, unexpected room upgrade, so we were already predisposed to like this hotel. The 2 bedroom tower suite was equipped with everything a family would require, including a bath, washing machine & dryer. The bedrooms were spacious and fitted with excellent block out curtains. If there were any criticisms... More

This is the second time I have stayed at the Seasons Botanical Gardens. The rooms are large, clean and have everything you need. The toiletries, tea, coffee and sugar are replenished every day. It is located just 5 minutes out of the main city Hub but the tram runs straight past your door. This makes it a little bit quieter... More

I have stayed here about 8 times and I always like it. The rooms are HUGE and have everything you need (*even a washing machine and dryer - with washing powder). The swimming pool and small gym are good. The breakfast is always good. The hotel is on a tramline into the city. It is excellent value. I introduced a... More

booked a 2 bedroom apartment for a trip with my family- requested king and 2 singles- couldn't do it. Bathroom filthy, kitchen cupboards grimy and sticky, lights not working. 2 towels only- apartment caters for 4 - too hard to get some more... View of a roof and another apartment building from the balcony...

We had a very pleasant stay at the Seasons Botanic Gardens last weekend. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 3 nights. The service was friendly and efficient, the room was big, comfy and clean. The location of the hotel was great, very close to Rod Laver Arena where we attended a concert, and within comfortable walking distance... More

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the tower facing St. Kilda Road. Initially I thought road noise may be an annoyance but overall we didn't notice it. The apartment was a great size nice and spacious, beds were good. Very clean and tidy. There is good facilities with a lap pool, spa, sauna and gym which were nice... More

This is a good 4+ hotel at a fair price. The location is excellent for tram and taxi transport. The rooms are large and mine was spotlessly clean. The outlook over the park from the block I was in was lovely. The small Asian restaurant offers good breakfast served by charming waitresses. If occasionally you settle for less than 5... More

Stayed here 3 nights as a couple, no kids. It's based just out of the city (about 10 minutes walk maximum to Flinders Station) and the tram is just outside. You'll need a myki if you don't want to walk to the free tram zone from Flinders. Had a 1 bedroom apartment, unit was older but spacious and clean. Good... More

We were only staying one night in the city to use up some dinner/movie vouchers. There was a good deal online, so booked here. We only booked a normal room but part of the deal was an upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. So this is what I will review. If we stay in a city for several days, I... More

A very busy weekend in Melbourne due to the cricket, however this hotel (apartment) was extremely quiet. Solid construction, blackout curtains and spacious foyers on each floor all contribute to this. You will need a Myki card for the tram into the city - it is just a bit far to be able to pop in and out if you... More
